Welcome to this module, where we will discuss the range of help and support that is available to you as an Omnia user.

Our aim is to provide you with a range of different avenues through which you can access support – in a way which suits your needs.

Below, we’ll go through the different options that you can choose to access.

The Knowledge Hub

First up – you’re already in a key place for additional support – the Knowledge Hub!

Our central training team have curated a range of online courses – and do their best to make sure there is something for everyone, regardless of their job role.

The Help Menu

In Omnia itself, there is a dedicated help menu.

This can be accessed by clicking on the orange question mark, in the top-right corner of Omnia.
